Current Condition

On the front page of Section 3 of the January 25, 1931 edition of the Arizona Republic, this room is described thus: "The dining room is two steps above the living room, with curved wrought iron railings on each side of the wide arch. The dining room is finished similarly to the living room with the exception of the beamed ceiling. It has two pairs of wide French doors, which frame a view of paved terrace, garden, and rocky niche from which water trickles into the pool."
