A beautifully-restored hardwood register. All the ducting for this home originally came up from the basement, a very rare arrangement for a home in the Phoenix-area. By now, even though the air handler is still in the basement, the new aluminized mylar ducting runs into the truss and through to overhead vents.

It wouldn't be an historic home in Phoenix without a phone closet.

The nickel-plated door hardware is all original, painstakingly restored.
